DescriptionAll OCS services will be down for the RTM upgrade.
Affected Users: All companies that Federation with MS will be affected during this upgrade.
Scheduled Downtime: Friday 8:00am – Saturday 9:00pm services will be down intermittently during the OCS upgrade.
Services Affected:
· IM and Presence
· UC Telephony
· OCS – Collaboration
· Communicator Web Access
· Federation & PIC
Impact: All services will be impacted during the upgrade.
Next Update Date: If work window is not done at the completed time then an update will be sent out at 08/11/07 9:00pm PDT. If the work finishes early, then we will send out an All Clear as soon as it is done.
