I simply cannot understand the logic behind the fact, that from time to time, old uploads on MS download site get a recently modified timestamp, and because of this they seem as new downloads; however they contain the same old package.
I will pickup this comment and discuss it with my guys into the Exchange team. I'll be back :-)
