The Office Communicator 2007 R2 contains new collaboration and communication capabilities that can now be accessed from your desktop PC, a public Internet kiosk using Communicator Web Access or a Microsoft Windows Mobile® device using Office Communicator Mobile, helping users operate with more mobility and productivity than ever before.
New capabilities include:
- With one click share your desktop with colleagues, and share and edit documents in real time
- Invite customer and partners via the web to a sharing session hosted by you
- Forward calls to your team or have a delegate answer calls on your behalf
- Schedule an audio call through Outlook and manage the call through the Communicator conversation window
- Have a video conversation with colleagues in high resolution
